The client must ensure that any content or materials provided to Brand Boost Hub do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other applicable laws.
Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline.
3. Pricing and Payments
All service prices will be communicated to the client before the project begins.
Depending on the project, Brand Boost Hub may require an advance payment before starting work.
Once work has started, payments already made may be non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional work or requests outside the original project scope may involve additional charges.
4. Website Development
For website projects:
- The client is responsible for providing required business information and content unless content creation is included in the agreed service.
- The client must review and approve the website before final delivery.
- Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, premium themes, apps, plugins, software, or paid services may be charged separately.
- Website performance may depend on third-party hosting, plugins, apps, platforms, or services that are outside our control.
5. Digital Marketing & Advertising
Brand Boost Hub may provide marketing strategy, campaign setup, optimization, creative development, and performance monitoring.
Advertising results are not guaranteed. Results can vary depending on factors such as:

- Advertising budget
- Target audience
- Product or service quality
- Website/landing-page performance
- Market conditions
- Advertising-platform policies and algorithms
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta or Google are separate from Brand Boost Hub’s service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. SEO Services
SEO is a long-term process, and Brand Boost Hub does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or sales.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final website, designs, or other deliverables created specifically for the client.
Third-party materials, fonts, images, software, plugins, themes, and licenses remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.
8. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing, Brand Boost Hub may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Google, Meta, hosting providers, email services, analytics platforms, and other software.
Brand Boost Hub is not responsible for changes, outages, account restrictions, policy changes, technical problems, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.
10. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may request termination of an ongoing service arrangement according to the terms agreed upon for that project or service.
Any outstanding payments for work already completed or services already provided will remain payable.
11. Limitation of Liability
Brand Boost Hub will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, we cannot guarantee that our website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
